Our Committees
Committees play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and driving initiatives within the chapter by bringing together individuals with diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals. Our current committees are designed to enhance member engagement and address specific interests and needs within our community. Joining a committee is a commitment to curating a environment for our current members as well as non-members to build relationships and learn more about our industry.

Social
Committee Purpose:
This committee plans and executes the CAI Social events to promote CAI and provide an opportunity for attendees to socialize and network in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
Education
Committee Purpose:
The committee provides educational opportunities at Trade Show Expos and In-Person education events. The committee also provides webinars or educational opportunities as needed for pertinent topics that are deemed necessary for managers to learn. Education should at a minimum include credits required to maintain certification.
Magazine
Committee Purpose:
The Magazine Committee produces a quarterly magazine to provide the membership with relevant & educational articles as well as advertisements from business partners & management companies in the Gold Coast area.
TCC
Committee Purpose:
The Treasure Coast Committee's purpose is to grow and bring awareness to CAI to the Indian River, St Lucie, and Martin Counties.
Golf
Committee Purpose:
The committee plans, budgets, and organizes the Golf Outing each year
Membership
Committee Purpose:
The purpose of the membership committee is to support existing members, attract new members, and regularly engage members, leading to member satisfaction and renewals.
Young Professionals
Committee Purpose:
The Young Professionals Committee (YPC) is a dynamic and engaged group dedicated to fostering the growth and development of emerging leaders in our organization and industry. This committee serves as a platform for networking, mentorship, and professional advancement.
